Tenet VII

The Spoken Once

The seventh is not written here, nor anywhere.

All seven tenets are spoken at the swearing. Six of them may afterwards be discussed between keepers, written between them in private, invoked when needed.

The seventh is the one that is never spoken again. Each keeper carries it from the night of their swearing and does not name it, even to another keeper who carries it too.

A keeper may allude to it. A keeper may not say it. That is all that can be written here, and rather more than is usually said.
